Hi again been ok this morning,had my chocolate shake and abit of salad and chicken and feel quite pleased with myself ,everyone who Know we, will know in the past few years i have had alot of hospital stays.2half year later minus my colon and not a great looking stomach from all the ops I'm still here,getting their slowly.I will put a picture up of me this week 1 week into my diet.I don't know whats wrong with my eyes they look like something out of THE LIVING DEAD.I really did not want to put this picture on, but as the weeks go by i hope the pictures will get slimmer and better LOL.
